We redefine how people stay in spaces.

Blurring the line between lodging and living, and rewriting how operations work through technology, we create new markets and new everyday experiences.

“People who design the possibilities of space” (Capital)

We discover new buildings and sites, and design the revenue structures that let those spaces actually operate.

Working with partners such as developers, builders, and owners, we raise the value of real-estate assets through data and structural judgment, bringing new energy to regions and markets.

New variables always arise on site, but solving problems within them lets us understand the market more deeply. The very process of learning and thinking is the greatest appeal of this work.

Join Handys and you will experience learning both the field and strategy in work that connects space and data.

“People who design the experience of staying” (Brand)

We think about how the brand philosophy and sensibility embedded in Plott can be conveyed naturally within the customer’s time and space.

We attend carefully to every touchpoint — from logo to space to design system — keeping the brand’s language consistent.

When Handys’s Plott establishes itself as a brand that builds a companion-like relationship in customers’ lives, and becomes an utterly natural part of the everyday, we truly feel the meaning and joy of this work.

Within Handys, where a philosophy of care for customers becomes reality, you can grow both sensibility and logic together.

“People who change operations through technology” (Tech)

We solve the inconveniences that arise in the field with technology (Tech), and with data and AI we sense even the feelings customers cannot put into words.

So the experience flows naturally from booking to check-out, we coordinate countless operational paths, collaborate, form hypotheses, experiment, and find solutions.

When small improvements we make together with colleagues in the field pile up and change a customer’s day — in that moment we feel the greatest reward and joy.

Solving problems with technology is, in the end, about understanding people. Join Handys and you can learn the essence of operations.

We change operations through technology and design customers’ lives.

The three axes at the foundation of Handys (capital–brand–technology) are not merely a business model; they are Handys’s operating philosophy — a DNA woven into our organization and the way we work.

Capital

Move capital with trust

Handys is not a company that buys buildings; it earns revenue by operating spaces. Through transparent, data-driven operations and clear standards, we build a brand that capital seeks out first.

#NewDevelopment #FeasibilityReview #CapitalOperations #RiskManagement #Governance

Brand

Embody the language of experience

Good operations create good experiences, and good experiences become the force that grows a brand. We design the entire customer experience so Plott’s philosophy reaches customers exactly as intended.

#BrandPlanning #ExperienceDesign #CustomerInsight #ContentStrategy

Tech

Redefine staying through technology

We build the OS of staying (Plott) that connects every step — booking, check-in, cleaning, and settlement — into one. With technology we remove operational inefficiency, set new standards, and create room to focus more on “people.”

The Handys way to succeed — the OS of staying

How Handys works

At the center where the Handys flywheel turns, there is, in the end, “people.”

Customer Focus

The essence of all work begins with customer satisfaction. What do customers need? We keep asking, and keep finding answers.

Data

Data is the work of exploring what customers do not tell us directly. It leads to a posture of working from sufficient context and evidence.

PDCA

Plan – Do – Check – Action is not just a methodology; it is the root of a Handys culture that experiments and improves in short cycles.

Experiment

Results better than before come only through new challenges and experiments. We break things small and simply start.

Ownership

Horizontal communication is a tool to support vertical decisions. Practitioners own the record of the process; decision-makers own the results.

Respect

Mutual respect and consideration are basic manners. We strive to be the best colleagues to one another.

We look in the same direction, and every member moves with one language and one way.

Sincerity toward customers, care in handling data, courage that does not fear experiments, and respect for one another. These are the principles that sustain Handys’s growth and the foundation of the culture we work in.

Culture — how we grow together

The Handys People team focuses on “care.”

Just as care for customers creates moving experiences, we believe care for members leads to growth.

The beginning of a journey we grow through together

People connected by a culture of ownership, respect, and care — feel the joy of growing together with them, now.

01Joining

Direction over speed — a journey to find colleagues to work alongside

We do not manage hiring by lead time. We carefully welcome colleagues who resonate with Handys’s mission and vision and will keep our way of working with us. While AI and hiring systems handle background operations, the People team focuses on “people” themselves.

02Immersion

From joining to adapting to immersion — onboarding designed with a philosophy of care

Just as the customer journey begins with direct check-in, the Handysian journey begins with “direct onboarding.” Accessible anytime and anywhere, our onboarding anticipates and prepares what you need before you ask. A carefully designed immersion program runs from pre-boarding before day one through your first six months.

03Growth

A structure for growing on your own through data, experiments, and repeated PDCA

Growth at Handys is not a competition chasing results; it is a journey to find better ways of working. Starting from a sense of the customer’s problem, we read data, form hypotheses, experiment, and learn — and in this repetition we make ourselves a little better every day.

Benefits & perks

Handys attends carefully to the rhythm and life of the people we work with.

01

Flexible work environment

The head office runs autonomous, core-time (11am–4pm) work and remote work; on site, we provide company housing to shorten the distance between workplace and life.

02

Latest work equipment

We provide MacBooks and up-to-date equipment so everyone can focus efficiently, replacing them periodically as needed to keep the best environment.

03

Commute & safety support

For members who work nights or travel long distances, we cover transportation and taxi fares so they get home safely.

04

Life’s moments, together

We share important moments of life such as weddings and childbirth, and celebrate birthdays and work anniversaries together. A birthday day-off gives a little breathing room in daily life.

05

Team activity budget

Culture begins from the power of coming together. To support collaboration and connection across teams and branches, we provide a monthly team activity budget.

06

Profit-sharing (PS) incentive

A Handys program for sharing together the results we make together. Each doing our best in our own place, we share the joy of achievement together.

07

Refresh & leave

From quarter-days to annual leave to a founding-anniversary holiday, we make it possible to rest when needed; on site, working on national holidays earns a separate allowance.

08

Everyday comfort

The head office offers a café, lounge, and rest areas; on site, we provide uniforms and well-arranged office spaces, attending carefully to the rhythm of work and rest.

The culture Handysians build and enjoy together

01

English names

A culture of calling one another by name rather than title — a symbol of Handys’s healthy, horizontal communication.

02

Hands-up

Once a month, all members gather in one place to share their thoughts and connect.

03

Baby whale

Handys’s own culture of praise — discovering each other’s growth and celebrating good things together.

04

Social styles

A shared language of collaboration for understanding and respecting different communication styles.

We are redefining how spaces are operated, and along the way we continue the journey with people who learn and grow together.

What we learned working together

Growth and daily life, in the words of our field operations managers

Warren
Even when I hit difficulties in my work, there is an open culture where sharing with nearby colleagues, the HM, and the lead means we find solutions together. In the end, I learned that growth starts with “communication.”
Leo
Adapting to unfamiliar work and systems is hard anywhere, but Handys has a culture of transparent information-sharing and record-keeping, so I can look up materials and manuals myself and solve problems proactively. I can feel myself growing a little every day.
Winston
Collaborating with field managers toward a shared goal, I felt a strong sense of belonging and camaraderie. Experiencing various roles from M1 to M4, I found the direction where I do best and learned the real power of teamwork.
Gem
Early on there was a lot I did not know, but I was not afraid to ask. Thanks to that I learned a little each day and grew by experimenting. Even amid a fast-changing field, the answer was in the process of “asking together and finding together.”
Joseph
The BQ growth track is not just a promotion course. It is a system for designing growth together, beyond individual background and specs. As experience at the branch accumulates, my career becomes clearer and I truly feel the joy of “growing.”
Ina
I used to be someone who feared change. But Handys is a company that always considers better ways and stays open to change. Taking on challenges with a “let’s just try it” mindset, change turned into growth before I knew it.
Claire
I am learning a new way of operating, different from the hotels I experienced before. Beyond the frame of the existing lodging business — consignment operations, contactless check-in, and more — I have broadened my view across facilities, reservations, and customer management. Amid varied experiences I could confirm my own potential firsthand.
Scarlett
As you work, sometimes you wonder, “Am I doing well right now?” Whenever that happens, the colleagues alongside me are a great source of strength. At Handys you are not alone. Here I learned the meaning of “growing together.”
