1. Operations start in design, not after opening
The most important operating decisions such as check-in flow, room mix, living functions, amenities, parking, and contactless logic are mostly locked in during design. Once the property opens, those choices are expensive to reverse. A Plott AMC review is essentially a test of whether the design supports efficient operations.
2. What to review before launch
The review needs to connect room mix, target customer, OTA viability, check-in design, operating staffing, business model, and brand positioning. For serviced residences and residence-style products in particular, cooking, laundry, long-stay flow, and contactless scenarios should be designed in from the start.
3. What to bring into the first discussion
Basic drawings, location context, projected room count, sales and opening timeline, target customer, and the operating model under discussion are enough for a meaningful first review. You do not need a finished business plan to get value from the conversation.

If you need an operating model tailored to your asset, start with a consultation.
A property type, room count, and current operating status are enough to frame the first discussion.
